On-Demand Premium Personal Guide service provides for your needs as a tourist by guiding you through complex Japanese customs or simply accompanying you through the tangled web of public transport.

Booking & Pricing Terms

• Rate: ¥ 4,180 ¥ 1,650 per hour per group (tax included)

• Payment Methods: Cash, Wise*, Revolut* (also accepts card payments)

• Immediate Booking: Same-day and last-minute bookings are allowed, but clients are fully responsible for ensuring a reasonable time window for the provider to travel to their location.

• Travel Time & Liability: Unless the provider's active calendar location is already near you, booking at least 24 hours in advance is strongly recommended. Clients assume all responsibility for scheduling issues caused by last-minute bookings.

• Delays & Cancellations: In worst-case scenarios where travel time makes the booking impossible, the service may be canceled entirely, or the billable start time may be adjusted. No refunds or damages will be issued for client-side scheduling errors.

• Hourly Billing: Billed in 1-hour increments (partial hours count as a full hour).

• Flexible Duration: The scheduled time marks your start time. You may prolong the session depending availability.

• Client Responsibility: You must formally end the service; otherwise, you are responsible for all accumulated excess time and costs.
